Acrylic Homicide...

i have a table top to work on now. Whoo, going up in the world! Few things I've been working on this afternoon. Above is the beginnings of my painting for Color Con. Yep that's the AZ mountains again...

My red acrylic pant exploded suddenly, thankfully in the ziplock bag and not all over my floor. Only the Phalo Blue Green suffered as witness to the carnage. 

Add going to the supply store for another tube to my TO DO list for tomorrow. 

I'm Missing The Desert...

Project for Structural Class. Take an actual product and change it's name to your name. Take that and put in on a billboard drawn in two-point perspective. Add scenery.

I lived in Arizona for a while, a couple of years ago. It wasn't til after leaving I realized how much I truly loved it out there. I've been thinking about it more often than I'd like lately. It's the horizon I miss the most. Mountains. I'm still breathless when I see photos of the red hills I once climbed.
